Reporting a Bug:

Vendors work hard to make good products. But sometimes they don't know which of all the things they could fix are the ones that most aggravate you.

Send us a description of the bug that gets your goat. Include the product name and version, information about your machine configuration (RAM, MHz, sound card, microphone) and the circumstances under which the bug occurs. We'll check with vendors and post any workarounds we hear about.
