Training Process

We had trouble training certain letters of the alphabet used for spelling out words during the correction process. We would train them with the wizard, but the training did not seem to have an effect. Inability to reliably spell out words during the correction process makes the correction process not as efficient as it was in some of the other products.

The "select" command is part of the correction process. It provides a way to use voice to locate the text that you desire to change. But when the command fails to correctly locate the text of interest even though it is present in the text, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to train out those failures of the command.
